I was prepared to throw myself a raging blogpost pity party due to the fact that the link love extravaganza I attempted to get all jiggy with didn’t have any links. I felt like I was hanging out at my birthday party table all alone. Sure, it’s nice to not have to share my cake, but not because nobody showed up. Eating all the cake* myself is only fun if I have to sneak it.
But guess what!? Not only do I have link love, my new online BFF started her own blog. How kickass is THAT? Um…it’s not narcissistic of me to feel partly responsible, right?
She’s a great writer. She writes about The Middle World. She lives in the middle world. She gives kudos to Fining Ninee. I might just love this stranger. Go check out her blog and give her some loves. She saved me from a pity party.
*There wasn’t any actual cake. Baking isn’t really my thing. But still, my new BFF kind stranger mom saved me from going here, if only in my own head:

Sara - Oh, man! I’m so glad you were saved from the Pity Party (though I would definitely help you eat cake!). I was planning to post a link, but none came to mind off the top of my head and, of course, I’m up to my ears in writing for NaNoWriMo so didn’t have the resources to find one. Sorry I’ll be late to the party, but glad someone else stepped up. (Thank you, i can say mama!)November 26, 2012 – 12:57 pm
Joy - Hi Kristi,
Just thought I might hop over and say hello personally – more or less!
I am so happy that my post kept you from drowning in a depression and I am really looking forward to having you as my new online BFF! And hey, I love me some cake, so be sure I will join you at the party table very often!
Love,
